Aviation strike scheduled for 25 November

Unions at Alitalia and Air Italy and other airline staff have called a 24-hour strike across the country on Monday, 25 November. The strike will begin at 12:01 a.m (00:01) local time. Summer in Italy reminded travelers of the fact that a number of workers on strike does not mean that you are necessarily grounded. Often only workers from a specific labor union within a company will go on strike, and thus you might not be affected at all. Passengers are advised to check with their airline to confirm the status of their flight.
