Kammuri (named a Tisoy by PAGASA) is currently a Category 4 equivalent Typhoon, located 236 miles east-southeast of Manila, Philippines. The system is moving slowly to the west at 9 mph with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph.
On the forecast track, Kammuri is expected to make landfall while sustaining its current strength near Legazpi City, Bicol region in the eastern Philippines late December 2-3 (local time).
The storm will then travel northwestward over the central Philippines as a typhoon through early December 4.
Flight delays and cancellations are expected to occur at airports located in the path of the storm, particularly in Central Luzon, including Manila (MNL) from December 3-4.
